Professional and well-run clinic. The staff is courteous, the place is clean and modern, and the consultation was thorough without feeling rushed. Everything was clearly explained, and the recommendations felt appropriate—not salesy. Scheduling was smooth, and overall the experience felt efficient and reassuring. Definitely a dermatology clinic I’d recommend.

I wanted a cyst removed. I am extremely happy with the doctor and her willingness to accept my unusual request no one had ever asked her. She is a very caring, warm person. Great heart. Beautiful stitching too. Also, the clinic has a very nice, clean atmosphere decorations and furnishings, plants. Water and coffee were offered. Excellent text communication with Staff. Very fast.

Went here for a facial and had a wonderful experience. The booking process was smooth and informative. They were communicative leading up to our appointment and were gracious when we were worried about running late to our appointment. Once we got there, everyone was helpful and had us set up quickly. We loved our time there and our skin felt and looked radiant after. We will definitely stop by again the next time we are in Bacolod. Thanks, Illumina team!

I went here for consultation about my underarm the doctor is Doc Pao she's really good at explaining things to help with my contact dermatitis it healed after 1 month but there is still flare ups. Go back again for laser hair removal its kinda expensive but I'll try if it helps with my contact dermatitis.

This is my first visit today with Dr. Andrea, I was totally impressed with her knowledge with my skin cancer and the amount of time she took with me, you can tell she's genuinely caring. Her staff is amazing as well with customer service in handling me as a new patient. Their 2 story office is amazing, spotless and new. I have had a few dermatologists in the Philippines, Thailand and USA, California in my past 12 years of dealing with my skin cancer and she's definitely my number one go to. John

Called ahead told them had 4 spots to freeze. Got there and they say not available no freeze no cream to treat. Then charge me 600 for wasting my time. Ok they can't do that but should say so on the phone instead of wasting my time and money.

I actually went here yesterday, para magpa check sang akon skin, i will highly recommend this clinic because of its doctor (Dr. Grace) because she is very soft the way she speaks and she is also very informative and knowledgeable towards my condition , not only that she also gave me free sample of the medicine i need, so instead mapa mahal ko, nakaless pa because of her sample nga gin hatag sakon.❤️❤️
