Arrived at ER around 11am. Did lab tests & got the results for 2 hours and we waited until now 3am in the morning wala gyapon order for admission. Imagina ano kadugay hulat ka pasyente kag gutom gid kay indi pwede kakaon! ER gid man nadi ayhan? Tani mga nurse nyo ga follow up sa doctor nga may patient sila. Or inform nila ang patient or watcher nga wala gali available room kag damo ga line up sa admitting so we can decide to transfer indi kay pawala lang mga nurse nyo. Halin aga pasalig lang nga ara na, ara na pero wala man gali kalab ot sa doctor. 3 shifts na sang nurses natapos sang hultanay namon until nag reklamo nako amo pag sapak nila. Super bait nang mga staff specially sa diagnostics, at cashiers nila. Kahit luma na hospital they always try to give the best they can sa patient. They always try to help and super caring ❤️❤️❤️ Dapat ganito lahat nang hospitals. They care from doctors down to staff . Dito nagpa surgery si mama, and ang anak ko nag pa tooth extraction that needs surgery . God bless more to this hospital💕🙏🏼

Ambabait ng staff! Lalo na yung Pharmacist doon na naka turban, napaka accommodating niya. More power po!

It's been more than 4 years when we last visited BAMC and we are surprise of the infrastructure development of the hospital. They have now the Simpicio A. Palanca, Medical Arts Buildings where most of the clinics can be found. The guars on duty was so accomodating...they have their quick references if you have something to about the doctors. Kudos BAMC

No answer my e-mail. No offer of a payment plan. Attention don't stay there without cash or credit card. Rooms are good.

Excellent care with a compassionate, faith-based approach. The staff is professional, attentive, and respectful, and the hospital maintains high standards of cleanliness and patient safety. Highly recommended.
