Not consistent ang service nila. I was so disappointed because I felt like I just wasted my money. My hair literally went back to its usual problem after I washed it 3 days later (as instructed by them). What’s even more disappointing is that they have no sense of formality. There was no receipt, and they don’t even keep a copy or any kind of logbook showing that I came in or what service was done. I requested a specific hair treatment, but it turned out that she didn’t even use the treatment I asked for. Never again. BTW babae yung gumawa.

I had a clear reference for the haircut I wanted, and I specifically asked for medium-length layers. I was shocked when my hair ended up much shorter, and it seemed like they used a razor too. So instead of getting the medium-length layered hair I wanted, it turned into a short bob. I couldn’t even complain anymore because they used a razor to cut my hair. I’ve been to this place twice, but they never really follow the reference.

I showed them a reference picture of the haircut i want which is below shoulder length, but they've cut my hair waaaay too short, almost just below the chin. I told the stylist she did it way too short but insisted that it is the right length. Too disappointing.
