BEAUTY/FIX SALON AND SPA

I’ve waited for more than 2 hours, only to be ignored. Terible service and a complete waste of my time. I advise others to avoid this salon to avoid similar frustration and disapointment.

The staff were all friendly, but unfortunately the hairdresser who did my hair did not achieve the color I wanted. I specifically asked for an ash blonde, but the result turned out to be a rusty brown on top, and the ends even developed a green tone. He kept insisting that it would turn into ash blonde after washing, which is not accurate. As a client, I knew what I wanted, and it was disappointing that my concerns were not properly addressed. I hope the hairdresser undergoes proper training in color techniques and learns to truly listen to and follow the client’s desired outcome. Professionalism also includes being honest about results and taking responsibility when expectations are not met. I will definitely not be coming back to that hairdresser. While I’m happy with my nails and lashes—the results were great—my hair turned out terrible. I’m honestly very upset about it and feel like crying. I truly hope they can fix my hair for free, especially since I’ll be going back to Germany soon. I don’t want to leave with my hair looking like this. I just wanted the result I asked for, and it’s disappointing that it didn’t turn out that way.
