Pedicure na may kasamang dugo. 🙃 01/07/2023 4:30PM. When the ate was doing my nails, I felt a lil sting pero I ignored it. She put a white thing on my toe afterwards which I thought was part of the "nail art". She then stood up. Tapos na pala sya without telling me. Pagcheck ko ulit ng nails ko, blood was coming out from my toe where the white cream was. Kaunti lang naman pero I was worried since may travel ako the following day and I have to do alot of walking kaya baka mas lumala pa sya. Had to ask the manager if the blood coming out from my toe was normal. Mejo humapdi narin kasi. Instead of apologizing, she started raising her voice towards me saying "Ma'am galing abroad ang antibiotic na nilagay namin sainyo". I was the one in pain yet she was angry. What an attitude 🤡
Very friendly and welcoming staff. It's always nice to be there. My sister had manicure and pedicure which was well done. Some years ago she had a hair treatment that lasted a very long time about 1 year.
Ambiance and other things could improve. Was having a massage few days ago but it was difficult to relax with Christmas pop songs playing in the background. Also I suggest giving us a tiny basket for the bill and tips instead of cashing out at the cashier. Almost all massage places I went to in bigger cities give free tea after the session, for the same rate. Names for employees too so we could know them by name, in case they give great or bad service.
The place is very relaxing and comfortable. The people who work there are professionals and are corteous. However, I acquired a skin infection on my feet. Proper cleaning of tools being used for their foot spa is recommended.
Not worth it for its price
Poor service. Rude staffs especially the manager.
