David's Salon

During our visit on Christmas holidays 2024, there was only one stylist and one assistant so the service was slow. They are also very clumsy and all the tools were falling on the floor. Even the ear protector they used on me fell on the floor twice, they put it back on my ear without washing it! For such a once reputable salon, how the standard has gone so low. We paid a whooping PHP7,000 for just hair roots color and keratin and collagen treatment. The service was standard and the price was on the expensive side when you can get the same service from other salons for a fraction of the price.

I always get my haircut here, but now they've raised the haircut price again, yet the haircut isn't even good unlike before. At the start, the hairstylist will ask you what haircut you want, but hairstylist won't follow it. Instead, they'll mess it up, and as a result, you'll end up with a completely different haircut far from what you asked for. Hairstylists from less popular barber shops or salons can do better, it's not worth it anymore.

miss Luz is a good hairdresser, from 10 AM to 7 PM!

I went to David's saloon at starmall in kaypian and i had a horrible session first with the receptionist. The receptionist should be the front liner of yr saloon ad that girl has a sharp tounge. I told her i would like that haircut on the poster at her back and she replied to me that i should go to belo. I told her why she said that as im not ugly. And i got humiliated and then sge said she's joking when i started to get angry. I told her i dont take it as a joke and she should not say it or make a joke to me as i am a customer and she's not my close friend. She should not be in that front chair. Im sure u will have a lousy saloon and your good reputation will be ruined. Then she told me to talk to tge snr stylist. And the 2nd shocked i got. I told that stylist that i only want a haircut cos i had a bad experience on who did my hair and the sylist immefiately said " i dont want to do that fixing or restoration. I told her i only need a haircut and if needed treatment then they should advise me. I repeatedly said pls just do the cutting as i have appointment the next day. And she turned me down . And she said NO! How can a reputed saloon like u who my family patronize for so many years turned down problematic customer like me. I was so disappointed with your staff treating me like i have a disease. I hipe the management will do something about this and the incident will ot happen again to others.
