My go to salon for the past few years now! I always get my hair permed there and lemme tell ya, it lasts me about 7-8 months! Also get my hair colored at times and it always comes out great. Just got a haircut there today, Ted always does an amazing job even with my floofy hair 😂 price is reasonable for an authentic korean salon! Compared to the other high end expensive korean salons, trust me when I say you're sooo much better off getting your hair done at Chic! 🙂 oh and they are always fully booked which is just a testament to how great they also make your hair look!!

I was an old client of this salon. I’ve had my hair done here since 2014. I was happy for them when they got viral. Recently, i was trying to book a slot for rebond and perm. But they were giving me a hard time booking a slot. They asked me if i want any other procedure done if i failed the hair test. I told them i’ll have a haircut. They ignored it and did not give me a slot. I was not informed that they have a quota before giving a slot. I just went to another salon which has the same price point but better service.

i had a good experience last year. the staff and the stylist was nice, accommodating , and quick. however this year the staff were not nice! the assistant that took care of me would do things lazily and wash my hair aggressively. rubbing her hands on the sides of my face until it reached my eyebrows. she looked like she didnt want to be there. she didnt do things wholeheartedly which could mean she was tired (seeing how much people they handle in a day). she would also put the coat (that catches hair) very tight around my neck. it wasn't a welcoming experience. my hair was cut a little to short when i asked to keep the length. it was quickest perm i had. they were quick and efficient yet i feel like they don't prioritize you unlike other salons. i feel like they accommodate more people than they can handle. overall i think the service is bad. my experience this year is very different from last year. however the perm style is not something u could find easily in the philippines which makes it a unique place. hopefully you could get a different experience than me, hoping staff and stylist would be nicer and accommodating for future customers.

First time getting a perm. Ms. Celina knows a lot and will recommend the best for your hair. She’s also nice. The salon was clean and staff were accommodating. Highly recommended salon. Hopefully they add more services like hair mask or spa like services for your hair. Take note that they are strictly by appointment. So book your appointment in advance.

They did a horrendous job at styling my hair, and now, that I’m asking it to get fixed, they want to charge me in full again. It’s not like their services are cheap. Just go find another salon. Not worth a penny.

I found my go to salon! They did volume rebond with c-curl and treatment to my hair. I love the result! They are all so professional. Walang nagchichismisan at nagkwekwentuhan unlike sa ibang salon. And they wouldn't even try to upsell or watever. They will just offer what ur hair really needs. Straight to the point, they will work on ur hair immediately. They work fast without compromising the quality of service. Sir ted did my hair and it's perfect! Will try to get hair color here next time. Thank you so much!
