Had a mani-pedi and facial there and it took them a complete 4 hours to finish both services. During the mani-pedi, I kept on complaining that the edges aren’t neat and the staff complied but despite it, it still wasn’t neat. During the facial, they didn’t put a headband on my forehead (to prevent the water from wetting my hair) which can be easily pointed out, however, it’s expected from a salon to do that. Overall a disappointing experience for me considering how it’s located inside the mall. The photo below shows the manicure that was done but even after I pointed it out nothing changed.

I went to both branches and their employees are very unaccommodating. Whenever I walk in to the salon, both times, they just looked at me and I had to guess which person to ask. The ladies in uniform were on their phones, both branches, and seem uninterested to help a customer. I ended up cancelling the appointment because some of their employees are absent/late and cannot provide the service I needed.
