I was a walk in that day so nagpalist lang me. Mejo matagal ung waiting time given na priority ung bookings (which i understand). 1st ako sa walk in at that time. na-off lang ako kasi muntik na ako malimutan ng receptionist. Buti i spoke up about it. Got negative vibes pa kasi i heard the staff arguing because of the wrong change given sa isang costumer. Okay naman ung threading sa eyebrows ko

Got my eyebrow threading here and Julie did a great job! The place is clean. Location is inside the mall. Minus one star because the receptionist didn’t even bother to great customer. She is too busy either looking at the computer or her phone. When I asked about service, immediately told me book an appointment first online. Didn’t bother to explain anything or asked me what service would i like to have, and just pointed out the QR code for registration and appointment booking. Otherwise, service was good. Prices of the services are affordable for the location.

I’ve always loved Lay Bare, but my experience at the MOA branch was incredibly frustrating. The receptionist was unfriendly from the moment I walked in. Instead of assisting a walk-in client, she insisted I book the service myself through their app, even though I was already standing in the salon. When I mentioned I couldn't access my account and asked for help, she was able to schedule my wax. The service burden should not be on the customer once they are already on-site. I ended up leaving because of the poor attitude. Truly the worst reception I’ve ever encountered at your brand. Additionally, if a client is physically present and willing to pay for a service, you should accommodate them immediately. Using the app as a barrier to entry instead of a tool for convenience is a significant failure in service.

RUDE FRONT DESK! Receptionist is not professional and friendly. I booked an 8:40 PM appointment but they squeezed in someone who is not booked prior. Their reason is because he arrived first even though I booked the same slot before him. Get a better booking system! Mind you I arrived almost 5 to 7 minutes before my booking time. I know we are all tired of the day but you are a front desk, get your act together. Even when the last foreign customers arrived before closing time, she showed nothing but an unprofessional attitude. But kudos to Ms. Fe, she was my waxing technician, ang gaan ng kamay niya and sandali lang tapos na kami. Mabait and kinukwento ka niya para madivert attention ko kasi beauty is pain talaga. I would still recommend the Ayala Manila Bay branch because they are very accommodating.

The receptionist made us wait for 2 HOURS only to ask if I have medical certificate stating that it's OK to wax since I'm pregnant. She should have asked the first time she got my details so we would not have wasted our time!! she should have done her job seeing my belly bump or she could have asked!

Worst laybare branch I’ve been into. Front desk is very unaccommodating, rude and masungit. Unprofessional service. Made me sit and started with threading immediately without proper lighting and positioning. Didn’t issue me a copy of the receipt. Overall a very bad experience, unaccommodating, unprofessional and lazy staff. The store owner should think twice about these employees.
