Super duper ng hihinayang ako sa 3k na binabayd ko nong una nag inquire ako sabi nong bakla 2,500 lang daw mag parebund pero nong nag aayos na siya ng buhok sabi niya Gawin ko daw 3,500 kasi lalagyan niya ng botox sabi ko 2,500 lang budget ko maya maya naman sabi niya 3k para daw maging ok yung hair ko Edi nag ok ako kung Saan MAs ok don ako hays pag uwi ko ng bahay or kahit nasa salon pa ako may something na sa hair ko dry,putol2x siya pag na suklayan feeling ko nasusunog siya Tapus sasabihin sa akin after 3days doon ako mag banlaw Ang ending mag babayad nanaman ako nong bumalik ako kinabukasan Hindi man lang tinitingnan nong nag ayos 🥹second time ko pa naman yon nag paayos doon

Ang hirap mag inquire dito - whether on FB, IG or What's App. Iba yung isasagot sayo. Una tinanong ko kung ano difference ng gel removal sa gel removal+cleaning at kung kelangan ko ang cleaning kahit magpapa service ako ng gel manicure. Tapos yung tanong ko kung anon location pipiliin sa websitd dahil taga Taguig ako at wala yun sa options, ang sagot sa akin, "Yes." 🤣🫠 Nakakaurat talaga. Hahahaha. Imbis na maengganyo ka magpa service eh. Nung may nakausap naman na ako, di sumasagot kung may home service sila sa gel manicure. Tapos tinanong ko ulit lahat at sinabi ko gel manicure nga yung service na kelangan ko. Lutang ata yung naka chat ko kasi nung tinanong ko siya magkano i ccover ko na pamasahe ng nail technician, ang sabi niya, "Depende po sa masahe." TAPOS NAGPADALA NG PRICELIST AT BOOKING FORM SAMANTALANG UMPISA PA LANG SINABI KO NANG GEL SERVICE ANG KELANGAN KO. PAULIT ULIT 😡😢😰😓

Their Manicure and Pedicure were not good. They ran out of polish and service was terrible since the staff doing the service seems to be in a hurry. After the service, the result was not good, polish gets easily removed after 2 days. Please see attached photo for reference.

Had my homeservice for lymphatic massage for one hour and the therapist said she can only do the front part at d nia magagawa ang likod since she’s run out of time. Walang panukli and also advise no gcash since full. No other option to pay but pay more than what you expect. The service worth 599 but I paid 800 since the therapist only got 200 change. It’s ok for the amount but not satisfied with the service.

Reviewing for ARYA MASSAGE AND SPA HOME SERVICE. Extremely disappointed with their service and level of professionalism. Confirmed my 9pm booking the day before and on the day of again at 3pm but no one showed up during my scheduled appointment. Tried calling all their mobile #s but none could be reached. Had to message them on FB messenger and IG DMs only to have them tell me "late na po therapist and wala kami magamit na car" and "unfortunately hindi na po daw kaya ng time ni therapist,our mistake po" then seenzoned me after. Very bad client management in terms of booking schedule and customer service. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Never experienced anything like this with any other massage service I've tried.

3 times they cancelled on me or the nail tech came 2 hours late WITHOUT notice. Worst is, they did not even apologize or do something to make up for it, the admin just blames the nail tech for not being available. No accountability at all!

Tried booking for a specific time slot wc is available as per them. However, they're slow to respond to my chat and when they did, they told me that someone already reserved my slot. 🤦‍♀️
