Lakas maka kupal tong BF branch nila. Imagine ang treatment lang na inavaail ng tita ko worth 4,098 kasama na don yung hair cut. Nung nalaman nila na galing ibang bansa yung tita ko. Bigla sila nag charge ng 1K sa bill niya. Naging 5,098 ang babayaran. Kesyo daw makapal yung hair ng tita ko. Unang una, hindi niyo sinabi sa client na need niya mag add ng 1k dahil makapal ang buhok niya. Pangalawa, yung receptionist niyo nag direct mag sabi sa stylist na lagyan ng hair thickness treatment yung buhok ng tita ko. Bakit sa stylist??? Bakit hindi sa client mag ask?? Pangatlo, bakit kayo ang nag dedecide ng ilalagay sa ulo without talking to your client?? Kung okay lang ba. Nagulat nalang yung tita ko na nailagay na pala sa hair niya yung sinasabing "hair thickness" treatment. Pang apat, nasabi niyo sa sumunod samin na client na may additional 1k kayo sa treatment pero samin hindi??? Ano yun???? Sinabi pa sa waiver niyo na next balik namin 5,098 na kailangan namin bayaran. NO!!! Wala ng next time! Never na kaming babalik sa branch na to.

Got 3x bleach + Fashion color (violet) + Cysteine & Keratin treatment here. Not only were the results as promised, my hair isn't damaged badly despite the bleaching (yes, even after washing; my hair feels the same as it did prior.) Salon did a fantastic job, their services are worth the price.

Had a haircut here a few weeks ago. I showed reference photos of what I wanted, and even showed a photo of my hair when a different salon cut it too short a few months ago. I told the Zia stylist pls don't cut it too short, but I got a different cut than what I asked for. The stylist still cut layers too short above my ear which looked like a bowl cut around my head and it's not flattering on my face shape. I accepted my fate and told myself that hair grows back and I can style it anyway, but what upsets me the most is the fact that I got a LOT of damaged hair strands after the haircut. Take a look at the photos, It's one of the rough strands that I felt when running my hands over my hair. When I pull them out, I can see that it got split in a strange way near the ends. I consulted my professional barber friend who is based abroad and he told me that this can be caused by dull or low quality scissors, or thinning techniques. This is the first time I have ever experienced this sort of damage. Sadly I won't be coming back.

I'm really happy with how my hair turned out and the way they styled it. They kept checking in with me about what I wanted, which I appreciated. The prices are super affordable, and the results were amazing. I'll definitely be coming back.

Staff was very accommodating and the place was comfortable. The stylist went over my expectations and I was a truly satisfied customer. Will definitely come back for my next pamper day.
