When i heard that this place was known by actors, i was really excited to get my hair done! I had an appointment at 11am and was helped at 12pm. I showed them a picture of what I wanted (ombre) and guys not even exaggerating I WAS THERE FOR 8 HOURS for a job that can be done under 3 hours and the results were nowhere close to what i wanted. And after that 8 hours i still ended up with a bill of 11,500 pesos. They didnt even give me a discount for the patience or how disgusting my hair looked. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!

Had a haircut, foot spa with pedicure and I am very happy.. They were really professional.. Kudos to the lady who did my foot spa and pedicure, she was really really good..

Always a wonderful experience. Jing is blessed with that gift to make people look and feel beautiful.

IF ONLY IT WERE POSSIBLE TO RATE ZERO STARS. I can only echo the sentiments of the review before mine: I was initially interested in having my hair done at Jing Monis salon with the knowledge that he was the hairdresser to the Filipino stars! So of course the standard must be high. WRONG. Long story short: I have dark brown hair. I asked for a senior hairdresser and blonde balayage. I ended up with tiger stripes from my roots (hello ‘90s). Jing was in the salon and overheard my situation. He instructed how to "fix" my hair, then condescendingly explained to me what had happened and how he was going to "fix" my hair. Time in salon: 8 hours + Cost: 10,500 PHP Outcome: Ashy brown semi permanent gloss on my roots to "tone" the blonde tiger stripes. While the cost is outrageous for the service I was given, it’s the time that I wasted at the salon, particularly since I was on a trip overseas in Manila, that angers me the most. My fury was very obvious at the time of the mistake and at the time of payment, but nothing was offered to make the situation better. Not even an apology. In an angry email to the salon, I was offered a measly "complimentary hydrating treatment", to which I did not bother replying. As if that was going to be worth 10,500PHP or give me back 8+ hours of my life. I have now had my hair fixed at another competitor salon, who is a much kinder and technically competent hairdresser. Save your money and don’t waste your time at Jing Monis salons.
