This salon deserves no stars. The customer service is terrible. I've been a customer a few times, but this will be my last. The workers are unenthusiastic and provide poor service. Their payment methods are outdated (no debit cards accepted), their barbers are incompetent (lazy and unprofessional), and their tools and materials are old. They should at least be good at customer service, but they fail at that too. I do not recommend this salon. Save yourself the trouble and avoid their services. The barbers are lazy and biased, only treating customers who tip. They aren't even worth that! I hope this salon closes soon. It's a complete disappointment.
My mom and I went to this hair salon at Gai Mingla branch in the morning. We arrived at 9am supposedly they're already open. I was disappointed when we enter because when I ask for the haircut service, we have to wait because the person in charge is still eating which should not be right? Because once the mall open, the establishment are ready to cater their customers. But I was happy coz another person arrived to do the service. After this so called "She" cut my mom's hair, I checked to ensure it was cut properly and I noticed several long hairs was not cut. I told "Her" politely that there are strands of hair not cut, and she did cut it and then when she's done, I get the hairbrush to brush off the hairs on my mom's neck. She immediately turned to me and saying "trabaho ko yan! in mataray way. I was speechless. Because I still have patience in me, I left to do her lousy job. Honestly, the place is good but the service sucks! I don't recommend it and I won't comeback again. She is a He... Just sayin...
Worst. I asked for a wolf cut but the hairstylist gave me a different haircut instead. Literally the left and right side of my hair are different. Would not recommend it to my friends and relatives. Total waste of money :l

A very bad experience with staffs nga attitude kaayo, probably the worst salon nga akong na adtoan very not recommended 0/10.
