THE BEST IN THE Philippines. You told me you had 17 years of experience doing dreadlocks and it really shows! Top tier, affordable and great at communication with foreign customers like myself. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give you a 1000. If you were looking for the best, your search ends with these people. Thank you again and I will be using your services again. Highly recommended
