Unlike other tnj or bangs salon na nagpapa hairstyle ako. If waiting ka ng 1hour you can never pray to go to the toilet or withdraw money dahil ma forfeit kahit nag wait ka na. Disappointing

Had my hair permed here, availed their promo lang. You should check the status of your hair para makapili maayos na promo for treatment, if treated or virgin pa like mine I had my hair treated 2 years ago pa so nag grow out na and pwede sa akin yung medyo matapang and cheaper na gamot. Ms. Chona really knows her thing. Hindi basta-basta lang pagcurl, she really takes style into consideration and oversees every step. The staff was amazing as well. Very pro sila dito. Thank you po!

ang accomodating ng mga employee dito, talagang pagdating mo aasikasuhin ka talaga nila agad tapos yung super dry na buhok ko, itong Salon lang pala na ito ang makarevive ng sira kong buhok. nakakatuwa. f na f ko na buhok ko ngayon, maala korean style ang peg. try nyo dito promise.

Stylist: Gwen Branch: T&J Shaw Mandaluyong I did not like Gwen’s service. She was very insistent on pushing the most expensive treatment. I understand upselling is common in salons—I’ve been going to salons for more than 15 years—but this was the first time I experienced such rudeness from a stylist. When I declined the treatment she suggested (which would have doubled my bill), she did not simply let me sign a waiver. Instead, she kept insisting on what she wanted and became rude for the entire 5 hours. My sister was with me and witnessed this behavior. She even kept insulting my hair, saying it was "so damaged." If my hair was really that damaged, then she should not have allowed me to proceed, or simply had me sign a waiver. I came to the salon expecting to feel refreshed, pretty, and confident. Instead, I left feeling discouraged, self-conscious, and disheartened.

Very accomodating and friendly staff. The salon is also clean, cozy and relaxing. The service is superb ang galing ng mga hairstylists thats why i always keep coming back to this branch (Sm cherry) particularly. Thank you so much for always keeping my hair gorgeous. 💖
