Hello, good day. Usually, I don’t leave bad comments, but this time I really want to express my feelings. Yesterday, I had my nails cleaned at your salon, but I’m not satisfied with the result. I don’t know if it was intentional or not, but my finger got wounded . may laman pa nga na natanggal. Now, my hand is really sore and starting to hurt. Actually, this is already my second time having my nails cleaned at your salon. The first time, I was very satisfied and happy with the service. But this second time, I’m really disappointed with what happened. I hope you can check on this matter so it won’t happen again to other customers. Thank you for understanding.

Wasn't satisfied about the outcome and the service is too expensive like I didn't expect it to be as a simple haircut as I was really expecting it to be a new style but seems like the stylist has a limited knowledge about hairstyling. .
The service was good, the staff were very friendly, and the place was very clean and relaxing.
