franzy salon in mactan are very worst salon ever..they don't know how to handle there client at namimili pa ng mga costumer.ang lakas dn nila mg reklamo kaya dpat ung nagmamanage dyan sinabihan nya ung mga trabahante jan lng anu ang dapat gawin..sorry to say but pinaka worst ever mo..na disapppoint tlaga aq

I went to this salon for a haircut, specifically curtain bangs. The hairstylist, name CARLITOS, did the haircut; however, the result is very dissappointing. I feel angry bcos the way he cut my hair is not what I was expecting. I told him that there are not the bangs I want however, he kept arguing that its just my hair. I am so irritated to the point that I showed them a video on how to properly cut curtain bangs. This employee of theirs has a very bad attitude and is unprofessional. I WONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR A HAIRCUT.

Today July 31,2022 at 8pm while doing my nails, the so called person in-charged at the salon keep on rising her voice and telling bad words ( animal, Pisti) knowing that they still have me as customer. After 10 minutes, 2 of the employees are keep shouting each other using bad words ( 1 of those staff is the person in-charged ). This people are not giving any respect to their customer at all. I hope the management team of this salon will do something about this type of staff in their salon.

I got a haircut at Franzy today. I didnt get the name or the hairdresser but he was very good. I didnt have to wait and the price was reasonable. I paid 250 for a haircut with Shampoo. I recommend this place

I went there for the first time. A little anxious cause I’m French and it’s the first time entrust my head to some one in Philippines. I was so surprised to see how professional is the team. Mercedes was in charge of me and did a really great job. She was fast and serious and professional and always with a smile. I will definitely come back there ! Thank you so much for this perfect job !
