I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience really stuck with me for the wrong reasons. I went in expecting a basic level of professionalism and courtesy, and unfortunately, that just wasn’t what I encountered. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. There was a noticeable lack of friendliness, and instead of being greeted or acknowledged properly, I felt more like an inconvenience than a client. Communication was minimal and, at times, came across as dismissive. Simple questions were met with short, almost irritated responses, which made it uncomfortable to even ask for clarification about what was being done. What stood out the most was the overall attitude. There seemed to be little patience or interest in listening to what I wanted. It felt rushed, like my presence there was something to get through rather than a service to provide with care. At one point, the tone used felt unnecessarily sharp, which made the whole experience tense and awkward. I won’t go into specific details, but I left feeling disappointed and uncomfortable. It wasn’t about the technical side as much as it was about how I was treated throughout the visit. Hopefully, this is something that improves in the future, because customer experience really does matter just as much as the end result.

Got my hair done at this salon and honestly wish I hadn’t. The stylist kept making rude comments about my hair the whole time instead of just doing their job. Left feeling worse than when I walked in. Definitely not going back.
