TMC APARTELLE is always our home everytime we visit Philippines, not only having the great location but also the staff are very accommodating, safety is a big plus and cleanliness (no cockroaches) at all which is very common in the Philippines..Why have a house of your own in the Philippines if you can have everything you need at a reasonable price at the heart of the city, worry and headache free!

The place was indeed clean and peaceful. I would suggest that before checking in take a picture of the Electric sub meter (of your room ) so you can calculate your own usage. It cost us almost 9k pesos with water and electricity yet we aren’t there most day times. We usually turn off the AC at night too when it gets too cold. I am from Dipolog so we know how much it usually is. My husband and I didn’t just want to ruin our vacation and stress for it. We have read complaints with same issue so just keep in mind but all in all it is quite nice. 😊

If I could only rate 0 I would. if you wanna enjoy your stay in Dipolog stay away from this place. If you have no other choice, just keep an eye on their electric bill, or they're gonna rip you off.
