Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Their services were quick but not rushed, unlike majority of other parlors. Proper hygiene practices were followed. It was disinfected by multiple cleaning solutions and was then exposed to UV Light, which is a rare practice for majority of other parlors. Overall, 5/5, would totally recommend.

I recently visited this salon for a gel manicure and ( ordinary) pedicure. I was initially impressed by the ambiance and friendly staff. However, my experience left much to be desired, particularly in terms of hygiene practices and the quality of the gel nails. Firstly, I noticed some concerning hygiene practices. The tools used for my manicure did not appear to be properly sanitized between clients, (UV lamp from another clients feet to my hand) raising questions about the salon’s commitment to cleanliness and safety. Proper hygiene is crucial to prevent infections and ensure a safe environment for all customers. Additionally, I was disappointed with the quality of the gel nails. Just a few hours after getting home, one of the nails was already damaged, which should not happen with a professional gel manicure. It seems the manicurists need more training to improve their technique and ensure the longevity of the nails. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and provides additional training for their staff, both in hygiene practices and gel nail application. Until these improvements are made, I would hesitate to recommend this salon to others.
