My wife show a picture to them the style of hair she wanted. Pero wala sila misunud kay mas angayan daw ang lain style sa bangs (side bangs kung sakto ako nadunggan), or unsa ba. And it turns out wala ganahi ako wife. Mas naguul siya after salon ug samot na paguli. I know and understand na mas experienced sila ug knowledgable than us. As knowledgable person it is your obligation to GIVE options. Not dictate kay as their client we have the final say. P.S. Dili welcoming ang aura sa ubang crew. Sorry, pang yagit jud kog porma.

I had already decided on the treatment I wanted, but they kept pushing a different, much more expensive option instead. I clearly said no several times, yet they continued to insist on the highest-priced treatment. Because of this experience, I definitely wouldn’t recommend this salon. To make matters worse, the stylist didn’t even follow the hairstyle I asked for, which was honestly embarrassing. 🥹

David’s Salon SM SEASIDE The style I wanted wasn’t followed only my desired hair length. The senior harstylist was handling multiple customers and only gave me a pretty basic haircut which I can get in cheaper salons. Def not worth the price. Staffs are noisy too and always talking loudly from each other so you can never relax while you are there.

Cut the hair was P400. Mr. David was good, wife sstifued withvthe job. Cashier had hard time to find a smilet. We were there at 8.30 pm.

Bad customer service. I paid for my wife’s haircut and pedicure with foot spa. Unfortunately, the service was not satisfying. No shoulder message eventhough it was included in the package for senior stylist (Ms. Cora) service. The foot spa was not all relaxing. They left my wife hanging without informing her what to do next. Not professional at all. Not worth the price.

The receptionist (SM Seaside branch) was not attentive, not accommodating and quite not approachable. While talking to her, she kept on looking down at her phone or at the computer. I asked for a hair treatment and yet, the senior hairstylist and the rookie kept on mentioning the treatment was for my "dandruff". I never even mentioned dandruff. I understand it's quite pricy but it didn't match the service I received.

I went here today to have my shoulder length hair cut and styled to make some volume and the stylist cut my hair badly short and so different from what I have shown on picture. I really feel bad looking at my hair now. I had to wait for months for this to grow. I used to cut my hair many times at David’s Salon Robinsons Fuente branch but they were temporarily closed. Really disappointed of the service and what they did to my hair that looks like a man cut.
