I am very disappointed with the service I received at this salon. The stylist who cut my hair clearly did not know what she was doing. The result was very far from the reference photo I showed. Instead of properly following the style I wanted, she kept cutting and trimming my hair just to make it "even." She cut it way too short, and I am extremely unhappy with the outcome. On top of that, she was cutting my hair in front of me instead of positioning herself properly behind me, which caused the cut hair to fall all over my clothes. It felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. Overall, this was a very poor performance and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this salon based on the service I received.

I had my worst haircut in my entire life. Its only straight cut and it ended up not straight. I have to redo it. And the color is not visible afterwards, like nothing happened to my hair.

I’m really disappointed with my recent haircut here. I showed a clear reference photo and explained what I wanted, but the result was nothing like it. My hair ended up too short and overly layered, which doesn’t suit my face shape at all. I expected better attention and skill, especially from a professional salon. I hope the staff can listen more carefully to clients’ requests next time this experience really affected my confidence.

I don't recommend this salon to everyone. They has a lowest rate for hair treatment and other services yet has a cheap result. THE EMPLOYEE DOESNT ACCEPT BAD REVIEWS. THEY ONLY CONSIDER AS GOOD EVEN YOUR HAIR GOT A WORST RESULT! THEY DONT REPAIR HAIR, THEY DESTROYED!

Good morning. I hope you are doing well. I am writing to share my honest feedback regarding the service I received at your salon yesterday. I came with my friend to have our hair done, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. This is East branch. Before the service started, I clearly explained what I wanted: a mahogany hair color (I even showed a photo for reference), Brazilian hair botox, and curtain bangs. I also informed your staff that my hair had been rebonded for about seven months and had previous highlights. The staff member who assisted me was the female stylist with her hair tied back. I would like to raise the following concerns: 1. Hair damage – My hair was burned during the process. When I pointed out that some strands were already standing and damaged, I was told it was "just baby hair." However, the flat iron used was extremely hot—to the point that it was visibly smoking. The reaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. 2. Incorrect hair color – I specifically requested a mahogany shade and provided a reference photo. However, the result turned out to be almost the same as my original hair color, which is more of a dark orange. This is not mahogany. I have had mahogany hair before, and I was even mocked and asked if I was truly familiar with the color, which was very upsetting. 3. Poor haircut execution – Instead of proper curtain bangs, the stylist simply took sections of my hair from both sides and cut them straight without angling or styling. There was also no effort to cover my clothes, and I had to remove the cut hair myself. I also noticed that the stylist seemed rushed, possibly to accommodate more customers. Additionally, there was noticeable arguing among the staff inside the salon, which created an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment. I paid a high price for this service, expecting quality and care, but I left feeling disappointed and dissatisfied.
