0/10 ang pangit po ng gawa nila. May extra charges ng hindi ka iniinform, at ma-attitude ang mga staff. Parang hindi ka customer. Hindi rin sila makatangap ng feedback via pm sa page kaya irerrview ko nalang dito. Please train your staff. Practice pa sa nail extension para di bukol bukol, inform customers kung may extra hidden fees, and treat them right. Sa business dapat kaya tumangap ng constructivr critism. WORST NAIL SALON EVER. MAS MAGANDA PA HOMEBASED. Kasuka ugali niyo. Pwe!

Tried at Aurora branch first, but it disappointed with the rude unhappy staff. Second try the congressional branch, akala ko kasi baka mas okay dito at iba yung experience. Same experience din so far. What I noticed dito: Yung nailtech (ABBY) hindi marunong makinig may sariling desisyon. Nagpakita ka ng nail shape inspo, then during the process nagtataka ako bat iba iba ung kulay kada nails, ayun pala ginaya nya yung design sa picture ng nail shape inspo, 2nd, nagreklamo ako bat iba so namili ako ng nail design inspo, ill choose the simplest one na pinakita ko sa kanya sabi nya hindi daw bagay kasi medyo mahaba yung nails actually plain lang yun. So namili nalang ako ng iba na kaya nya so nag go si Abby, hindi dinidiclose ng staff na may additional fee pala, sinabi nya lang at the end alam nyo ba na may additional fee ung may design kahit simple lang which is mahal, sinabi ko na hindi tas nanahimik sya. 3rd. Extremely Disappointed – Not Worth the Hype or the Price We visited Quick Nails Congressional on May 5 and spent nearly ₱10,000 for services for 5 people—this included manicures, pedicures, gel cat eye polish, nail extensions, and foot spas. We were told the nails would last 2–3 weeks. However, just a week later (May 12), while in El Nido, our nail polish and extensions started peeling and falling off! We had an important wedding to attend on May 15, and by then, most of our nails were ruined. Totally unacceptable for the price we paid. We reached out to the salon on May 14, only to be told their warranty was valid for just 3 days. Seriously? This was our first time here, and we trusted the recommendation from my sister who had a good experience before—but ours was the complete opposite. We won’t be coming back. To add, the salon is very cramped. There’s no proper waiting area. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted not with comfort but with a tight space where staff are working almost right at the entrance. You literally have to step over or squeeze past people to reach the reception. Overall, it’s clear they’re prioritizing quantity over quality. For a place that charges premium rates, we expected way better. What a disappointment.

This place is by far the best nail salon I've been to in a very long time. As soon as you walk in you feel welcome. The staff is friendly and polite. If you are still on the fence about going here, they offer a variety of services. They are clean. The staff is very professional and very kind. They are open everyday as well. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and will be returning.
