Bath Nail Salon

I experienced a couple of PAINFUL PROCEDURES, esp on my toenails, which made me doubt the expertise of the ones servicing (1 manicurist and 1 pedicurist were simultaneously servicing). I think the lighting is also a factor here. The place was properly decorated but it is the darkest nail salon I have ever been in! I understand that it can be relaxing, but the priority is on the main service offered and expected. Established nail salons are mostly well lit and still make use of lamps because of the sensitive procedures they do to our tiny hands and feet. But this one only uses over-head lamps that could also be damaging to the eyes of the nail service providers. The manicurist also asked if I wanted to have merthiolate on my nails and I told her, "What is it for?" She then said, "Ok. Let's just put a little." Worse part, I STILL FEEL THE STINGING PAIN and a bit of soreness on parts of both hand and feet, the flesh next to the nails. The outcome may look nice but never worth such pain and possible infection.
