Para akong tinorture sa pag pedicure at manicure. Di katulad sa iba na magaan lang ang kamay. Kung merong better nail salon dito sa circuit makati pls reply.

Bad experience. Their staff don’t know how to treat their customers. Panget na gawa, masusungit pa.

Everything is good, except it’s not. I explained that my cuticles are very thin and need much tender gentle care, however, when the service started, I was in pain. My nails were buffed to the point that the skin of my eponychium was in so much pain. It was practically buffed too. Having skin so thin I was in pain from the brushing and pushing. Notice how many pain I wrote in this review? Yup. On a good note, the nail tech knew I was probably too sensitive for her to handle, a new nail tech resumed working on me and the experience was much better, lighter hands and a more understanding approach, because sensitive isn’t just "Oh I have sensitive skin, I dont like getting the sides of my nails cut, I dont do much; just cleaning— it’s also understanding that some people feel more than others, some clients/customers need extra care and attention and I am one of them.

Went in for a foot spa and was quite disappointed with the service. I left feeling lacking and unsatisfied. The massage and exfoliation lasted maybe 2-3 minutes on each leg. A majority of the service was just scrubbing my feet, which were not really that bad in the first place. I highly doubt I'll return here anytime soon, not worth the money at all.

Nancy, you are a star for working so hard & patiently on my foot spa treatment. My feet feel so good. Liezel attended to my wife and did a fantastic job paying attention to every detail. Thank you so much ladies for making our NYE special. Happy New Year!

I got a pedicure and foot spa, and it was honestly the worst experience I’ve had. The whole thing lasted just 10–15 minutes, and they didn’t even polish my nails, even though it was supposed to be included. Definitely the fastest pedicure and foot spa I’ve ever had.
