Went to their TriNoma branch. Spent 1k+ for removing my nail extensions and a mani without polish and they botched my nails. Walang nail grinder and they buffed my nails til they're uneven and brittle dahil super nipis na masakit na sya ayaw pa tigilan. I hope nail salons get stricter regulations kasi halos lahat hindi marunong. Obvious na not well-trained and basta na lang.

No proper training sa mga nail tech nila. Mi pag cut or trim ng nails di din marunong. Ginamit lang ng nail tech is nail file, ang ending di pantay tas brittle pa un mga edges. Medium length dapat na napudpod na dhil sa kaka nail file. Nasugat n lng daliri ko. Yung gel polish na ginamit deceiving din ang advertise kasi dun kanila sample, parang cat eye magnetic gel. Ending mukha divis0ria lang ang gel polish.

AVOID THIS NAIL SALON. Nanakawan ka lang and not honest sa price. I wondered why the reviews here are bad and then I went to this salon. 1,900 pesos for package 5. Gel mani and pedi with foot scrub. Guess what? They will charge you extra 200 pesos each mani or pedi for gel polish. So ano ang kasama sa package 5 na gel polish? Ewan ko. The service was fine pero grabe, ang chinarge sakin 2,400 pesos. Doesn’t make sense. Extra 200 pesos for gel? Tapos bakit naging 2400 ang charge? sobrang tagal na nga gawin ang nails tapos nanakawan ka pa. Hindi pa gumagana ang card system nila so pinag lakad pa ako para daw mag withdraw nalang ako ng cash para pang bayad sakanila. Wag nyo suportahan ang business na Ito. Hindi honest sa price, mabagal mag service at nanakawan ka pa. Binayaran ko nalang kasi sayang oras ko makipag argue pa ako. AVOID THIS NAIL SALON. They also talk shit about you and the other guest. Akala nila hindi ako marunong makaintindi ng Tagalog.

I visited this salon last night for a nail service, but unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the outcome. The nail polish applied has still not fully dried even until the next day. I believe this may be due to either the quality of the polish used or the thickness of the layers applied. I also requested a dry coat, which they applied, but it did not work. Despite waiting for two hours without touching anything, the polish still smudged, showed visible lines, and easily marked whenever my nails touched surfaces. To my disappointment, when I woke up the next morning, it was still not dry. For the price of ₱450, I feel that the service did not meet the value or quality I expected.

Ivy from MOA branch is amazing! She did a fantastic job on my pedicure and foot spa. She was attentive, detail-oriented, and made the entire experience relaxing and enjoyable. My feet have never felt better. Excellent service, great personality, and outstanding results. Highly recommend!

The service is great! My nails are cute. I love the vibe of this place. The price for nail art and pedicure is 2000-4000 pesos. Would recommend.

This is my third time coming here. While they are good at cleaning, they still did not remove my ingrown and dry skin even though I requested it each time. I understand that there is an additional charge for ingrown removal, and I always told them to just add it to the bill. If they are unable to do ingrown removal, I wish they had just told me so I could have looked for another place. I think giving them a third try is enough for me The staff are also loud while chitchatting
