If you must use this business, talk about the price before you let them start, and don't feel pressured to continue an appointment if they quote you something ridiculous. I brought my girlfriend to Bellatory about a year ago. The service was OK, but nothing special. We decided to try them again yesterday. We will never make that mistake again. Hair trim + color + treatment + manicure and foot spa = 9850 pesos. I would expect a bill of about 5000 pesos because I expect them to overcharge a little. I wouldn't complain about 6000 pesos, but it would mean that I would be unlikely to return. I don't know a lot of Tagalog, but I understand enough. I heard the workers talking about the price. Some of the workers seemed confused by the high price, but one of the workers said something like, "Don't worry, they can pay it." My girlfriend didn't want to make a scene, and she felt obligated to continue because she had made an appointment. Ultimately, the worker was correct because we could pay it. Unfortunately for the business, we will never spend money there again. The service was generally OK, but nothing special. The worker started using the flat iron on my girlfriend's hair before it was dry and burned a small area on the front. It isn't obvious if you are more than a meter away. I'm the one who had the foot spa. The sanitation standards didn't seem very good. The foot file they used did not appear to be one that can be sanitized between customers. The sealer they used on my toenails was almost clear but has a pink tint. I'm a guy. I don't really want pink toenails. They look a little more pink in person than they do in the picture. The bottom line is that you can get better service for far less in a lot of different salons. There is absolutely no reason to go to this one. Update (about 24 hours after treatment): My girlfriend now has sores on her scalp. She had complained of a burning feeling on her scalp when they were using the flat iron. Rather than addressing the situation, they told her it was normal, then added another worker, so they were using flat irons on both sides at the same time. Her scalp now appears to be burned. There are many weeping sores on it. Save your hair. Don't go to this salon.
