Sayang pera, minadali lang yung gupit di pa nasunod yung style na gusto. Mas matagal pa yung masahe sa gupit tapos as in bara-bara. Nakakasindak pa yung maggugupit. Traumatizing. Never again.

Horrible experience with this salon. No proper equipment for the customers and the staff, while my hair is being shampooed, all the water kept falling off of my ears. When the actual treatment for my hair is being done, there's no protective equipment for the ears, back and eyes. The old lady who assisted me did not care if my scalp is being burned by the blower, she just kept going back to the same area of my hair without letting my head cool off. Also the chemical treatment for my hair went to my eyes but the hairdresser dismisses it without any care. And the worst part is, all of these is for a very expensive price. Never Again with this salon. If I could leave negative stars I would. Shame on this place.

Hi! I just wanted to share my experience here. Everything was great — I really liked how my haircut turned out, and the staff did a good job. However, I just felt a bit uncomfortable with one of the helpers. He started asking personal questions like where I live, which I don’t think is necessary during a haircut. I understand maybe it was just small talk, but the way he kept looking at me made me feel uneasy. I just wanted to share this so the management is aware and can remind the staff to be more mindful when talking to customers.

Did not follow the haircut I want, I asked for a textured fringed x burst fade, with reference photo, but gave me a micro bangs! 0/100

Senior Stylist did not listen to the client's request, which resulted to a really bad haircut. Layered cut was not done properly. This is definitely not worth 250php of hard-earned money.

kindly train your staff to LISTEN to the client.. and train them to courteously decline if the need arise. we asked for a blower service and she said the shop is closed, til 9pm only.. it was only 835pm! she thought it was for a haircut, that there were no hairstylist already.. what does a hairstylist have to do with the blower service?
