Bad service. I was scheduled for a manicure and pedicure service at 6:30pm Dec 20 2025. By 7:20pm, I still wasn't accomodated despite having a scheduled appointment. I was even informed thru text that I am only allowed a 15 minute grace period, and felt that I was being rushed to come to the shop on time. With that, I was expecting to be served as I came rushing from the office only to find out that it still wasn’t my turn. Hopefully next time, please be mindful of other people's time. I have been your long time client ever since but my experience today is very frustrating.

I absolutely love how City Nails does their job! The salon is always spotless and well-maintained, which makes for such a relaxing experience. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional — they really make you feel taken care of. I always leave happy with the service and the atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I recently visited the City Nails for a gel manicure and pedicure, and overall I had a very pleasant experience.

This place is ok for nails but DO NOT GET EYEBROW THREADING. Who gets wounds from eyebrow threading?? I suspect this is bc she didn’t stretch/asked my sister to stretch the skin on this part and naipit ng threads. And what did the aesthetician say? It’s normal and it will heal. DIDN’T EVEN APOLOGIZE! Anong normal? Ive been having my eyebrow thread for years (sa ibang place) and I never had this!
