Beauty Palace

This was a very upsetting experience. I discreetly explained a toenail injury to the cashier, but it was repeated loudly and I was laughed at by both customers and staff. On top of that, the service was rushed and incomplete. My old nail polish wasn’t removed, and I waited a long time after cleaning before anything was finished. I felt embarrassed and disrespected instead of cared for as a customer. Don't recommend this salon. Guys please if you expelct quality service and expect that your money is worth it,don't go to this salon. I hope the management takes this seriously and reminds staff about professionalism and client privacy.

If I could rate zero, I would. This is the worst salon experience, especially for a pedicure service. They don't ask about the desired nail shape. The lady asked me if she should cut or trim my square shaped nails, I said just reduce the length and she made it round. I did inform the nail tech but she insisted that it would not look nice. Paladesisyon si mamshie. A 298php pedicure was completed in less than 10 minutes. There's no effort to ensure client satisfaction.
