I asked for a simple pixie cut. Yung isang hairstylist nila nagawa naman yun last time kaso wala sya today kaya I gave a chance to the other hairstylist kasi gusto ko na magpa gupit (baka kasi nag improve na) pero hindi. Napaka layo sa reference na pinakita ko. I think you should train your hairstylists sa kung ano yung mga proper bob cuts and pixie cuts. Literally yung gusto kong style is makapal sa likod vs makapal sa sides and ayoko natatakpan yung tenga ko but he did the opposite, muka pang nagmamadali. Never again 👎👎

Okay naman outcome pero medyo sloppy sila magtrabaho. I went home na puro hair dye yung damit at face ko. Pati the way na magbanlaw sila, di ganon ka-careful para di ka mabasa.

I was honestly a bit skeptical at first since I wasn’t familiar with this salon. I’ve been looking for a quality spot near my place that won’t cost me an arm and a leg, and while they were very accommodating over chat (I sent a lot of messages about my hair concerns before booking 😅), I was still nervous walking into their Makati branch. For context, I had dark roots and faded copper blonde lengths. In the past, most salons would either suggest bleaching my entire head again or leave me with patchy blending between the roots and mid-lengths. However, I'm trying to give my hair a break from heavy bleaching, but I still wanted to have a lighter hue. Thankfully, Faith, my hairstylist, absolutely delivered. She managed to work on my roots and achieve the color I wanted without pushing for a bleach reset. The blend looks seamless, and my hair felt soft and bouncy from the argan treatment. You can see the results for yourself. For reference, I was aiming for golden caramel brown.

Makati Coro Hotel Branch I went to this branch 3rd January for hair color, Argan treatment, and trim as soon as their doors opened. I usually go to Prime Bangs Salon, but I wanted to try a new salon for 2026—and I’m glad I did. Dexter and Marie were very thorough and handled my hair with great care. They answered my questions and didn't push any other services on me, they made sure I was comfortable throughout the service. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The branch itself is small, quaint, and cozy, located in Poblacion and conveniently near a variety of restaurants. The ambience and the results of my hair session even motivated my friend for a shampoo & blow-dry. Tried their Makati branch and it didn’t disappoint! They maintained their quality salon branding that always leaves my hair feeling refreshed. I absolutely love my balayage and haircut — they really know what they’re doing here 🩵

They botched my hair that I've grown for over 3 years. And they cut my ear. The first time I had my hair done at the Kalentong branch, it was perfect. Please know this. The second time, it was done by a different stylist. I gave specific instructions about the length of the front and sides, but I honestly don’t know what happened. I don’t doubt the skill of the stylists here at all. I think they’re amazing, and the salon has great reviews, so I know they do great work. I just wish she had asked to see the reference photos again if she was unsure or had forgotten. The cut doesn’t look bad, and I understand the look she was going for, but it’s very different from what I requested. 😞 I’m usually okay with differences between the reference photos and the final result, since I understand there are many factors that can affect the outcome. However, this was especially difficult for me because everything was cut much, much shorter than necessary, even my bangs. 😞 The stylist also accidentally cut my ear. I know accidents can happen, but it made the entire experience uncomfortable.
