I’ve always been nervous about salons touching my hair since my haircuts never seem to turn out right, but the Franna staff who handled my hair was so gentle and kept checking in with me before cutting further, which I really appreciated. We didn’t even plan on getting our hair colored and came in with no inspo, but they gave great recommendations and we were both obsessed with how our looks turned out 😆 The whole experience was super relaxing and we felt really pampered. Plus, the complimentary iced coffee was a nice bonus. Finally found our go-to salon!

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at this salon today. It was our first visit, and we both received haircuts. The hairstylists are true experts, and the staff is very friendly. The complimentary drinks, including coffee and iced tea, were also fantastic. The atmosphere of the salon is also quite comfortable.
