The clinic itself ky very poor gid ang customer service. Una kung mag pa approve ka LOA dugay2x pa ma okayhan ky imbis e tawgan nila ang imo nga provider gina chat lng nila or gina message kag kung san.ohay kaya nila lawagon kag e confirm kung okay na. Ika duwa! ng Doctor super late na bala katama. I understand nga Doctor kmu no pero tani kung mag hatag kmu time sng appointment amo man na time sng kadtu nyu. Nag hulat pa kmi bala more than an hour and a half. Tani intyendihon nyu man nga pigado kmi ya kag time is gold gid ky nga imbis e hulat namon sa inyu kung san.o kmu maabot naka pang himus kag nka ubra pa kmi para inog bayad sa service nyu nga dugay2x.

They should give clear instruction. I was advise to fast for 10 hours then when I came back I was told that the Lab request should be from HMO Accredited Doctor.
