Very slow service, Lalo na sa Concierge ninyo. nag si share pa ng 1 ng telepono para maka tawag lang sa HMO. ,almost 1-3 hrs maghintay para lang maka approve. ,Kung may Negative Star to, yan ang erarate ko. ,

Very good experience here! Everyone is so nice and friendly. As a foreigner, I truly appreciate the warm and professional care I received—it really impressed me. If you’re the owner, please give them a big encouragement for their wonderful service🤣🤣 I was there on the night of 9/26, and I especially want to thank the two counter girls, the pharmacy girl, and the doctor who treated and gave me the shot. Even though there were many patients waiting, the doctor was still extremely patient and attentive. They all worked so gently and carefully, which made everything feel so comforting.

Very accessible location s for its community. Very accommodating staffs. More competent medical professionals

I waited for three hours only to be informed that the doctor I selected through the iCare app (my HMO provider), whom they had suggested I consult, was not in their system. I have been suffering from swollen eyelids, yet there was no sense of urgency on their part.

If the sloth is the slowest animal, then Rivera Hospital is even slower. Honestly, it’s the slowest of them all. The waiting time feels endless and it’s like no one’s in a hurry to help. Definitely needs a serious improvement in efficiency and patient care.

Very nice friendly and approachable staff esp nurses at 3rd floor. Also to Dr Mon Rivera thank u so much! U made my health back prior to my travel back in Manila
