They don't follow the schedule kahit magpa reserve ka. And if mag raise kang concern, paparinggan ka pa ng manager. Even their workers noticed that I waited for so long and wala pang nasisimulan na service. Napansin na din ng ibang clients. Per the manager, they prioritize people who would avail their "MAJOR" services kahit hindi naman naka book even if it has almost the same services as yours. Okay sana promo nila but dress well and wear lots of gold if you wish to be "prioritized." Thanks still to ate who backed me up and knows that I have been waiting for so long to be serviced. Hindi naman ako magrreact na hindi pa nag sstart nails ko. But when ate (their nail tech) mentioned sa manager na ang tagal ko ng nagwwait, "nagmamadali" na agad ang term saken. To the owner, fire your manager. Sobrang rude and unprofessional.

Very disappointing experience. Nung nagpasoft gel ako nagsungit ang nail tech kasi masyadong short ang gusto ko. Kahit inexplain ko short lang kasi I have a baby. Before ako magparemove after more than a month, may sinabing price sa chat ang staff. Pagdating ko sa salon mas mahal na price na ang sinabi. Nagreklamo ako sa nail tech na medyo masakit ang pag nail drill, waley lang. Puro pa complain masakit daw ulo niya. All in all very negative experience and will never come back. Will never recommend.

Had my nails cleaned here for the first time. The staff were too busy on their phones to even accommodate customers. The lady who did my nails was in a rush because she was watching something "important". My nails looked rushed and dont feel clean at all.

Super duper nice, place is very cozy. People are friendly and welcoming. Willing to compensate if there was an issue that happened, responsive as well when it comes to inquiries. Will definitely recommend to my friends. 💯💯💯💯

Paid for a premium foot spa yet did not feel premium at all. Had to visit a different salon which gave better foot spa and I only paid half the price. Gel mani & pedi only lasted me few days. Not even a week. The polish chipped off so easily. Maybe its time to change those old nail polish. Took me more or less 3 hrs to finish these nails services. The staff needs to be more efficient.
