Kaka-avail ko lang ng package dito sa branch na to kahapon. I was actually hesitant at first dahil sa reviews from google. Pero hindi naman totoo ung sinasabi nila. I think mukha lang masungit ang reception dahil sa tired face but she’s really nice along with her staff and very accommodating. Baka masyado lang entitled ang ibang customers na nagbad rating!
SOBRANG BAGAL SERVICE NIYO
This was the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Two days before my scheduled laser underarm whitening, I didn’t receive any message informing me that there was a problem with the machine they would be using. Then, on the day of my treatment, when I was already at the branch, I was told that it couldn’t proceed because the machine was broken. It’s really disappointing that I wasn’t informed ahead of time; I ended up wasting my time and effort because of this. 1 star for this kind of service.
I always visit this branch since I moved here in Makati. I can agree that front desk may not seem attentive at all times but I really like every aestheticians that were assigned to me. But so, I appreciate their effort to find a schedule for me whenever.
I have visited this branch multiple times, and my experiences have always been positive. I was surprised to see the reviews, as they don’t quite reflect my personal experience. For anyone considering their services but feeling hesitant due to the reviews, I highly recommend asking for Ms. Maine. I've never encountered any issues with her; she takes the time to thoroughly explain their services, and her gentle touch makes the experience even better. Overall, my experience with Ms. Maine has been excellent. Definitely a thumbs up!
Do not go to this branch as they do not respect the schedule you booked. I have an appointment at 3pm but waited for 20mins for me to be served. Go to Bel-Air branch instead because they are always right on time and follows the schedules based on my experience. Bel-Air is just 8mins via car from Circuit, so it’s just nearby.
They don't follow the appointment schedule I had to wait. Furthermore there was a fee of 250 pesos which in my previous diode laser I didn’t pay now I had to pay which was weird they said it was a processing fee or something. I'll be changing branch after this.
