The dental clinic is clean, well sanitized and relatively huge! Doc Niksi is easy to talk to and transacting with her is such a breeze. You can really tell that she is an experienced dentist at such a young age. She ensures that you get the most out of your dental visit and checks on you after your procedure. Location is also great and easy to locate. Just a block away from Robinsons Magnolia. You can pay via Gcash, Paymaya or bank transfer so no hassle at all. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Poor communication. During one of my appointments with her, she scheduled someone else and ininform lng ako 10 minutes before the appointment. I was asked to reschedule while I was already in the dental clinic for the appointment. She has a habit of suddenly cancelling appointments one night before then not mentioning when is the next one, even when asked. When she does something new to your teeth she won't explain what she did. You need to ask thoroughly. There were also numerous times wherein she had incomplete dental supplies. You would expect that she would restock by the next appointment, but no. Next appointment wala parin. She also does not give receipts. Mahirap din siya icontact. I had a concern that was hard to explain through text. I asked anong oras pwede magusap. Could not get a straight answer from her. Not to mention it takes her a long time to respond to texts. It is a new dental clinic so some mistakes would be expected. Hopefully the service improves.

Nice and accessible clinic. The dentist is so professional and competent. Will recommend to my friends.
