I always noticed that the staff are either overcrowded or spend too much time chatting, rather than accommodating their customers. Alternatively, they can be annoying because they follow you too closely. Yesterday, when I lined up at the designated entry point, the pharmacist glared at me and appeared displeased. She rudely ignored me while prioritizing a customer who was not in the correct line and did not qualify for PWD priority. I tried to explain that I was there first, but she continued to ignore me. This was not a positive customer service experience at all. Therefore, I leave this review hoping the management will better orient their staff and adhere to the rules.
