Location: Watsons Bacolod Ayala Malls 2f. Cashier Name: Amihan Experience: Very unprofessional staff - I was humiliated in front of other customers just because I bought something that you don't normally purchase on a normal day. I was trying to be discreet because I'm quite shy. However this Big Bully Employee, shouted to her fellow cashier in a teasing and insulting voice: "Girl! Look this is 50% off! But this is the thing we don't wanna buy." (While laughing). WHAT YOUR CUSTOMERS BUY IN STORE IS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS. Very unprofessional, very disrespectful. Amihan, being loud and humiliating a fellow woman doesn't make you pretty or almighty, it makes you pathetic. Watsons, please screen your employees carefully. 🙂
Can I, FOR ONCE, shop here without being CONSTANTLY being recommended other products??? I just want to be at peace!!! YOUR STAFF KEEPS ON TALKING EVEN IF I DON'T NEED THEIR ASSISTANCE!
While I like how accomodating the staffs are, they become very intrusive and I cannot shop leisurely. They make me feel very uncomfortable.
Your store seems overstaffed. I cannot walk through aisles because they are blocking my way.
Train your staff to mind their own business and only approach customers when they are called.
