Bad service! May event kami buong araw at gabe na kami umuwi pero hindi manlang nalinis ang rooms namin, nagtanong ako sa FO kung anu ang standards ng HK kung kelangan ba mag sabit ng MUR sign para malinis ang room namin hindi naman daw! So anu ang ginawa ng RA? anu ang nilagay nya sa teport nya sa rooms namin? Refuse? kahit hindi naman kami kinausap kung mag papalinis kami or hindi?.. at may extra person kami nag bayad kami for extra person tapos nung nanghingi ako ng extra pillow at extra towel pinapabayad pa kami ng 40 pesos per item? First time ko ma experience sa hotel to sa dami na ng hotel na napuntahan ko dito sa Pinas or sa abroad!

Okay naman ang rooms wala lang toothbrush and toothpaste soap and shampoo. Pero all in all its good

The place is clean kaya lang sa ang mga tv nila box type pa rin .....

Great value for money. I truly appreciate that the hotel maintained reasonable rates during Typhoon Tinio, unlike other hotels in Bacolod that raised their prices when accommodations were in high demand. The room is decent for its price point, clean, and equipped with good amenities. The pool is a nice touch open from 9 AM to 9 PM, perfect for a relaxing dip. The breakfast buffet could use some improvement, but it’s still a decent start to the day. The location is convenient, close to nearby establishments and just about 15 minutes away from major malls. Overall, a highly recommended place for staycations or travelers looking for comfort, accessibility, and value without paying too much.
