This landmark building is the seat of the provincial government of Negros Occidental. It's a lovely building in the Beaux-Art style, albeit with the oversized sculpture that typically adorn such buildings. The building is more or less open to the public, even foreigners. The guards let me wander around the 1st floor, but the upper floor was out of bounds. The ground floor contains several administrative offices and portraits of past governors and vice-governors. Very nice landmark building and worth seeing if you're on a short trip to Bacolod.

Beautiful architechture. Has a large open hall at the second floor. Beautiful wooden floors. Seems well maintained. Surrounded by large trees and a park with a lagoon.

Clean and well-maintained. The Capitol building, completed in 1933, showcases a neoclassical architectural style, a hallmark of American colonial influence in the Philippines. Its grand columns and symmetrical design reflect elegance and authority.

The provincial capitol building is already a century old. You can see the beauty of its architecture is influenced by our colonizers. Aside from this, in front of it is their park where there is a huge lagoon-like water. Around it, in the early morning, people do jogging and own exercises.

Great place to relax especially in the morning when you walk around exercising yourself. Great view of the Capitol and appreciate its architecture.
