The person who attended to my facial was cold in her replies whenever I have a question during the entire session. At the end, when I requested her to hand me my top which she hang at the back of the door, she threw it to my side on the side and gave me a dirty look. That ruined my supposed to be a relaxing session. She was damn t rude! Beware of their staffs that have tattoos on their arms because they act like a gangster. This is the second time they made me uncomfortable.

This place is not recommended,, it a shame for Davao’s reputation!!! their masseuse offers extra service, my husband and I went there and requested for a couple’s massage but surprisingly they gave us separate room and my husband told me his masseuse offered extra service for extra cash!!!

November 25, 2025 After an epic failure in booking with BioEssence Gold Marfori - Davao City, we were re-directed to this location. Overall, not a good 1st visit. Doubtful about a second visit. Or recommending to others. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted, services provided were explained, escorted to the treatment room. Initially it was going well. But then... Our massage and facial attendants were quiet and good. It was supposed to be a relaxing and de-stressing time for us. Except for the other staff members who were not as discreet and quiet in their conversations. I would not have minded if it were conversations regarding client treatments except it was not. It was non-stop chatter. Appreciated the massage table with the face hole that way I don't have to turn my neck to the side and have a strained neck at the end of the massage session. During our facial session, it would have been appreciated had they informed us that my friend's facial is starting 1st and then inform me that my facial will be starting in a few minutes since they're still preparing for me. I wonder why it took a bit of time to prepare? Since we were getting our 90 minute massage 1st before the facial. Service Recovery: Informed the Reception staff at the end of the service about the non stop chatter and lack of quiet. Location: 3rd floor of Abreeza Mall. Staff: Attendants are quiet during services provided, providing prompts and very minute explanations. During our facial, I believed that they left us alone during the facial steam part. Bathroom: There is a bathroom inside, so no need to go to the mall bathroom. Accepted Payments: Cash and Credit Cards Parking: Free and plenty
