Citystate Asturias Hotel Palawan

Maganda sana ng hotel kaso lang ang panget ng mga service crew, hindi friendly ang mga food servers.

Yung food nya nung seminar namin medyo disappointing yung soups served during the 3 day stay and some of your staff specially dun sa buffet section sa event medyo suplada. Ok naman price nya at maganda ang mga rooms and ok ang price.

Op zich prijs kwaliteit verhouding is ok. Maar het zit ver van stad en dichtbijzijnde srrand is 2,4 km bm beach die wel leuk was maar niet echt om te zwemmen. Overal moet je met tuktuk heen. Niet echt iets op loopafstand en dan bedoel ik binnen straal van 1,5 km De kamers waren net en schoon. Ouderwets. Maar ok. 2 punten ter verbetering. De airconditioning kan moderner en er was kleine open gleuf aan zijkant. In de kamer waren een aantal muggen. Maar gelukkig geen ongedierte. Verder hadden ze werkzaamheden die gelukkig pas vanaf 10 uur in de ochtend pas starten. Onze kamer was naast een ingang voor laden en lossen dus midden in de nacht werd ik wakker door gepiep van vrachrwagens die achteruit reden. Gelukkig had ik oordoppen en deed ik in en kon ik doorslapen. Petsoneel is super lief en vriendelijk. Vooral de pool man en de man buiten samen met de security guard. Heel attent en behulpzaam.

Nothing but good words to say regarding my stay here for 3 nights last week as my stop over for my Balabac islands getaway. Everybody from the staff, front desk, guards were very courteous and respectful. The room was clean and the amenities like the pool and gym were convenient to use. The hotel is also walking distance to Robinsons Mall, with Chowking, Jollibbee, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks and Pancake House on the way to the Mall. VEry Good Location indeed! Although there was a little tiny bit of confusion when i was awakened by a staff while napping in my room and he thought i was for check-out when in fact i still have one more day before check out. I even called the front office to sort things out. I totally understand this was a simple honest mistake but i hope they will be extra careful next time to avoid unnecessary confusion and disturbance for guests having afternoon naps. Nevertheless, i will seriously consider staying again in Citystate Asturias Hotel again should i ever visit Puerto Princesa again in the future. Thank You! Good Job!

Great place to stay in Puerta Princessa! Big rooms, plenty of shower space with a tub also. We did not have time to use the pool or other amenities but it is a very nice pool! It was also very quiet here but still very close to things to do in town

Stayed 1 night here. When we entered the room we could smell a very strong fragrance, probably a from spray. It was too much so we had to open the window to get fresh air in. The bed was comfy and comes with clean bedsheet and 2 towels. Bathroom was good enough but as you would have guessed there was no hot water but thats no surprise in Philippines. The hotel also has a nice pool and pretty good gym you can use. I wouldn't mind coming back here again.
