questionable customer service. there was only one seat and mirror available in the entire salon. for my haircut i was placed on the manicure station table with no mirror. i didn't mind that, i showed reference photos and specifically told the hairdresser to cut "shoulder-level" length. i walked out with hair 2 inches above the shoulder. the entire service, the hairstylist was rushing since they also had another client. besides that, they LACK the COURTESY to confirm with me if the length was fine for me. i couldn't double check, as again, I was placed in a seat with no mirrors in front of me. i paid the full amount , but i didn't get to enjoy the entire service. not meant to hate but offer constructive criticism..

1 hour massage was only 40 mins.. in that 40 mins the masseuse is either using her phone while massaging or always walks out of the cubicle. The staff were friendly and accommodating, no questions on that, however, I hope they could deliver the service better and be professionals. I used to be a suki but moving forward, will never go back

When I first came in, staffs were really accomodating and friendly. The quality of service is top tier and prices are affordable. The place is clean and aesthetically pleasing. I highly recommend this place for those who would want to look good and feel good.
