Had a wonderful experience at Mimosa Wellness. The pressure was very good and consistent throughout the session, exactly how I like it. I tried the Signature Massage and Foot Reflexology, and both were incredibly relaxing. I felt deeply relaxed and refreshed after the treatment. Special thanks to my therapist Rowena - skilled, attentive, and professional. I'll definitely be coming back.

We're supposed to have a relaxing experience but some of the therapist on the other room are talking very loudly and laughing. My therapist already advised them to take the noise down but still they ignored it and kept on talking. I stood up from the massage bed and personally advised them that they are a bit loud, instead of apologizing then some smirked and smiled. I was advised it was Rowena, Grace and Shine who was very rude and doesn't respect the ambiance.

I came to this spa today at past 11AM, was asked if I had a reservation. After I said I didn’t, I was asked what service I wanted. After not even two minutes of talking to the masseuse inside, the person at the reception said it wasn’t available, so I asked what was; she said no one is available as they will be eating so they’ll be good after an hour. Seriously? The mall doesn’t even open until 10AM, and even if those in charge of the opening shift arrive at 9, it’s not like it was going to be a problem to have a little late lunch at 12:15, will it? This is very disappointing. Especially with the management. I came here twice previously at almost the same time as a walk-in client, was never turned down. My last visit was even delightful as the staff who entertained me was really hospitable. Now I don’t think I’d want to ever come back to this kind of spa where they would turn away a client for "lunch" that wasn’t even at noon yet.

Staff are rude. I was simply asking kung pwede 30 minutes head massage. The receptionist was polite to check with the other staff but they answered to look at the service list, with a dismissive tone. I know it’s not listed that’s why I was asking kung pwede ba. Will never visit this place again.

Grace and her traditional Hilot massage helped me to cure my feet pain - great skill, good price, nice place! A friend of mine also got the full body massage - she recommended the place.

the massage was good. but the communication breakdown. the front desk asked me do you want 30 min back massage and 30 min foot and she point the price list which shown back massage with arms which is 749. when go to massage I told the therapist I have bad headache then she advise me go for head shoulder and foot. and she can focus head which i feel she is kind.then she do 30 min head, 20min shoulder, 10 min foot for me. when come to bill. I was charged 1100 peso which sound ridiculous to me that price I can have 1.5 hour whole body and their price list doesnt show 30min foot and she further shown me.in a small paper.in fact the price list for head shoulder and foot is only 749. the front desk claim that becuase i ask for more head that why the price is like that. i just lazy to argue and i pay for it.to be honest overall massage is good and I have visited many times but really need to double confirm the price with them before go for it. that's my advise.

Availed the Head, Shoulder and Foot Reflex and did not feel relieved or relaxed. Massage therapist did not seem to know what she was doing and just basically put oil and pressed and rubbed me ever which way. She also left me with a slightly loosened shirt from trying to reach my back because I was sat in a chair with back rest. Very unsatisfactory experience and definitely not worth the hefty 750 price
