Foot Zone Spa - Annapolis Greenhills

The massage here is inconsistent; sometimes it's really good, and other times it's very bad. Today, we went for a 2-hour Swedish massage. After I sat in the room for 30 minutes, I dressed up again and went to the counter to ask if someone was coming. They didn't even notice that they hadn't sent anyone for the massage. When the therapist finally came, I reduced my time to 90 minutes so that my wife wouldn't have to wait outside for 30 minutes before my massage finished. In the end, my massage finished before my wife's. I received maybe 65 minutes maximum, but they still made her pay for the full 90 minutes. That was the last time we went to Footzone.

The facilities were clean and well-maintained. The massage therapist was skilled, adjusting the pressure to suit my preferences. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience with no issues.

Got the 90 minute foot and back massage. They have other branches. Have tried their UP Town Center one and the service was excellent there too.

Worst massage I had. The place was old and saw some cockroach when I arrived. We booked an appointment for couple massage. The massage therapist that was assigned to me was Airah and she don't know what she's doing. Her hands were shaking at the same time. It's funny how she tried to massage me and act like she's doing it but there's no pressure at all. She just copied what her workmate was doing. If you are regular with your massage you will know that the therapist here have no knowledge in what they're doing. I just booked another massage at the Spa instead for tomorrow since my body is sore right now. Obviously, they are not a licensed therapist. We won't come back again. Save your money.

Have been coming here since 2007 - 2023. Walked in to an unfamiliar front desk clerk with a short hair. She put us inside VIP 15 and asked us to transfer again after being comfortable and lying down. I asked why and she said there is a vip coming who wants to reserve the room. This behaviour is absurd, i have never been financially profiled like what she did. Will not be coming back to any branch from today on. Will ask parents and family to not go back as well.

Always love our massages here You can do family style with 4 to 6 people in one room having a massage too!

About Footzone massage, Annapolis str Greenhills. I am a customer for almost 20years, I can clearly tell that the level of quality of Footzone Greenhills has really dropped. Why? Yesterday, 11Sept22, I received a therapist with cold cold cold hands, freezing. After communicating a clear request, to heat up her hands, the manager send me a new one with even more colder hands. Really? Are we that potato! Because of the cold cold therapist-hands my muscles could not relax. The dept of the massage was completely gone. The feeling of relaxing is completely voided. It is like getting a massage with ice cubes. The cold was so annoying to bear! And I could not zone into the massage stage… During the session I could not complain a second time. As the message with the manager did not pass & i did not want to make more commotion. So I clearly told at the end, when paying, that they did not take care of my basic request. "For any type of massage it is a mortal sin to massage with cold hands." It is a shame that Footzone can not level up, for the amount we pay. This is one of the most expensive massage place in metro Manila —> for what?
