Magaling at mabait si doc . kaya lang sobrang hirap mag appointment sa kanila hindi sumasagot ng tawag ilang days na ko nag ta try mag pa book. so i decided to changed my dermatologist. sa mga receptionist ni doc mahirap po ba para sa inyo sagutin ang tawag ang dami nyo dyan 😊

We had our aunt visit this place to consult about Melasma treatment. However, the diagnosis she received was different from what we expected, and they mentioned that the chances of successful treatment were low. What truly concerns us is the way the staff communicated their findings. Their responses came across as rude and dismissive. The doctor even told our aunt she could come back "whenever she can afford it," and then abruptly told her to leave — which we found extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Based on this experience, we do not recommend this clinic to others. To add as well, we tried calling them and spoke to the doctor, the doctor was on the rush and apologetic but feels like he was not sincere at all and wanted to end the conversation.
